Bubblegum and her father before the great mushroom war. The cartoonnetwork website said that she was created by a mad scientist (it's gone now) so I figured why not make it her dad? Maybe her dad knew what was going to happen and made it so Bubblegum could live long after the war.

Did you make the guy look like the ice king on purpose?
If so his fixation on kidnapping princesses semms a little tragic and a little more creepy at the same time

There was a fan-fic of a father and his 2 kids who went into a bunker and put themselves in suspended animation because a thermonuclear holocaust had already slagged the major cities of earth. Many centuries later, a boy named Finn was chasing after his dog named Jake -they have had a real falling out- and stumbles upon the bunker, and reactivates the machine to revive the family.

The family now have to adapt to the strange civilizations of Ooo and deal with threats like the Ice King.

log on to www.fanfiction.net, and click on "cartoons" then "Adventure Time" and search for name.
Should you get guff, try "sci-fi","English","Finn".I also clicked on "In progress" (some 15 chapters have been submitted.). Each of these filter functions narrowed my search by editing away stories that were unlikely to be the one.

I didn't know the title anymore, only that the filter elements applied.
